I'm your go-to breathwork guide on this incredible journey. My roots in holistic health run deep, thanks to being born into a family where healing was a way of life. My dad, a well-known chiropractor, exposed me to various modalities, sparking my fascination with the intricate dance of body, mind, and spirit.

With over a decade of therapeutic experience, I've seamlessly woven principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into my breathwork teachings. This isn't just about breathing; it's a holistic experience that breaks free from the conventional.
